Our process begins with a meeting to get to know your family and potential needs. This can be done in person (preferred) or through Zoom. This process will help us get an idea of what sort of caregiver would be a good fit for your home.

Consistency of Care then provides a thorough search including preliminary interviews, background and reference checks and assessments of skills for all potential candidates. We then send the top candidates hand-picked for you to you for further interviews and trial periods.

Additionally, we offer the option of Kristie coming into the home for a short period to hands-on access the needs of the family. She will act as caregiver and be able to understand first hand the specifics of the position. If choosing this option, Kristie is able to accurately train the candidate chosen in order to ease the transition.
